Star Dance Program
Because Dance is for Everyone!
The Stars program is for dancers with special needs that want to get involved in an extracurricular activity while improving motor skills, confidence, and socialization. Through simple patterns, sequencing, and repetition, students will learn some basic movement and rhythm.
We have two class options:
Rising Stars: Monday ages 6-11 3:30-4:15pm
Shining Stars: Friday ages 12 and up 6:30-7:15pm
We maintain a 2:1 ratio in the Rising Stars class so availability is based on volunteer participation. If you or someone you know is interested in volunteering please contact us at danceelementsstaff@gmail.com.
Our classes run in 6 week sessions as follows:
Session 1: Sept. 6th - Oct. 21st (no class Oct. 11th or Oct. 14th)
Session 2: Nov. 1st -Dec. 16th (no class Nov. 25th or Nov. 29th)
Session 3: Jan. 10th - Feb. 17th
The total cost for each session is $50 (no registration fee)
Register for a Star Class
You can enroll prior to the start of each session online and make sure to complete our Star Program Registration Form so we can learn about your dancer’s needs.
Once you enroll we will contact you in regards to what dancewear and shoes will be needed for class. We are looking forward to dancing with you at the studio!
